General terms and conditions for the hotel industry
Good to know
The prices include accommodation and breakfast, free parking right next to the hotel and the free Achensee Card (= guest card).
The local tax of €1,50 per person per night is billed separately.
The room prices are per person and night. All rooms and suites can be booked for single occupancy with a surcharge of 25% per night.
There is a bus stop right by the hotel. Direct access to the cross-country skiing trail in the winter and free use of the cross-country skiing trail and cycle path to the lake are also included.
Child discount in the parent’s room:
- Up to 3 years old – free
- Aged between 3 and 10 – 50%
- Aged between 10 and 15 – 25%
Child discount in the family rooms/suites up to 15 years old 30%.
3rd person in a room with 2 full-paying adults 20%.
Dogs € 15 per day, without food.
We accept Maestro, Visa and Mastercard. With cancellations up to 1 month before arrival, we charge the cancellation fee in accordance with Austrian Hotel Regulations.
Arrival and departure: The rooms are available from about 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. For your departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms by 11 a.m.
Our reception is staffed from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. If you should arrive after 10 p.m., please let us know by calling +43 (0)676 662 6002.
Every guest receives the Achensee Card (=guest card) free of charge from the first night. This includes the regional bus, cross-country skiing trail charge, discounts for the steam cog railway, Lake Achensee boat trip, cable cars, museums and many other facilities in the region.
There is a charge for the Achensee Holiday Card (available from May to October) (adults € 72). This includes the regional bus, unlimited use of the cable cars, the steam cog railway, Lake Achensee boat trip and admission to various museums.
