The prices include accommodation and breakfast, free parking right next to the hotel and the free Achensee Card (= guest card). The local tax of € 3,00 per person per night is billed separately.
The room prices are per person and night. All rooms and suites can be booked for single occupancy with a supplement from € 22,00 per night.
There is a bus stop right by the hotel. Direct access to the cross-country skiing trail in the winter and free use of the cross-country skiing trail and cycle path to the lake are also included.
Child discount in the parent’s room:
- Up to 3 years old – free
- Aged between 3 and 10 – 50%
- Aged between 10 and 15 – 25%
Child discount in the family rooms/suites up to 15 years old 30%. 3rd person in a room with 2 full-paying adults 20%.
Dogs
Dogs € 15 per day, without food. They are very welcome in our restaurant and terrace, however we ask you kindly not to take them to our breakfast room.
Payment options
We accept Maestro, Visa and Mastercard. With cancellations up to 1 month before arrival, we charge the cancellation fee in accordance with Austrian Hotel Regulations.
Arrival and departure
The rooms are available from about 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. For your departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms by 11 a.m.
Our reception is staffed from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. If you should arrive after 10 p.m., please let us know by calling +43 (0)5243 / 20302.
Every guest receives the Achensee Card (=guest card) free of charge from the first night. This includes the regional bus, cross-country skiing trail charge, discounts for the steam cog railway, Lake Achensee boat trip, cable cars, museums and many other facilities in the region.
There is a charge for the Achensee Holiday Card (available from May to October) (adults € 72). This includes the regional bus, unlimited use of the cable cars, the steam cog railway, Lake Achensee boat trip and admission to various museums.
